APPROXIMATE CLEANING TIMES
Style House Cleaning flat prices are based on a maximum time limit; if your home requires extra cleaning time, we will contact you upon the Stylist’s arrival. In case you want a more detailed cleaning in a specific area of the house, please select the Style Hour cleaning and specify the area(s) you would like cleaned, adding as many hours as you need; the Stylist will focus the entire time on your request. You prioritize and give directions to the Stylist on what you would like them to clean and the level of detail for each section. (Please do not select this option if you would like the entire home to be cleaned)
Upon arrival to the Customer’s home, the Stylist will determine if the service requested by the client matches Style House Cleaning’s requirements. In case, it does not match, the Stylist will contact the main office and we will contact you to define the type of service Style House cleaning can offer you.
Typically for one Stylist, the average time to clean a customer's home is defined as follows:

SERVICES
We have the right to refuse any service that might affect the Stylists’ safety and health. We do not offer the following services: Exterior window cleaning, cleaning/removing screens, cleaning walls/ceilings, cleaning bodily fluids or other biohazards, deep stain removal, mold removal, insect removal, animal waste, remodeling or construction related substances, residuals such as (and not limited) grout, cement, paint, concrete removal, steam cleaning, carpet shampooing. For liability reasons, we do not lift any appliances or furniture heavier than 25 pounds. If you would like, you can move furniture around and the Stylist will happily clean the area.
Please leave the areas to be cleaned free of clutter by removing any objects that might obstruct the cleaning process.CHANGES TO REQUESTED SERVICES
If the Customer requires any additional services or variations at the time the Service is being performed, the Customer must first contact us by telephone, and we may agree to provide the additional services at our discretion. The Customer should not request such changes directly from the Stylist. All communication has to go through our office.
PETS AT HOME
We love pets! However, if your pet gets a little bit anxious during the cleaning or gets a little aggressive at times, it is your responsibility to put your pet in a place that is secure for the duration of the cleaning. It's your responsibility to ensure your pets' wellbeing.
PARKING
Have a parking spot available if necessary. If free street parking is not available, Customer must provide a parking spot. In case the Customer is not able to provide a parking spot, the Stylists will wait up to 30 minutes. After that time Style House Cleaning must cancel/reschedule the service, and the Customer must pay any cancellation fees.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your service, please report it to our office within 24 hours from the completion of the cleaning, and we will return to your home to re-clean the area or task. This will not apply if you are home upon completion. If you are home and notice that there's something the Stylist overlooked please feel free to ask the Stylist to re-clean the area or call our office before the Stylist leaves your home. If possible, we do recommend to do a quick check before the Stylist leaves to ensure that everything is spotless. We do not offer refunds.
PAYMENT TERMS
The Customer agrees to pay the price quoted by Style House Cleaning in full at least 24 hours prior to the service time, unless otherwise agreed in advance. If no payment and confirmation have been received at least 24 hours prior to the service time, the Customer will be deemed to have cancelled the service, and the Customer must pay any cancellation fees. Payments may be made via credit/debit card. For Monday appointments, confirmation and payment must be received on Saturday no later than 5:00 PM. as we are closed on Sundays.
APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL TIMES
While the Stylists always aim to be on time, unfortunate conditions do arise; we provide arrival windows of about 30 minutes, and the Stylists may arrive up to 30 minutes before or after the scheduled time; e.g. if your cleaning is booked for 11:00 am, we may arrive anytime between 10:30 am to 11:30 am. Many things can interfere in our schedules, such as cancellations, lockouts, traffic, etc. If the Stylists happen to be running late to your cleaning appointment, the Customer will be contacted as soon as possible and provided with a new expected time of arrival. In case the Customer is not at home for any reason, the Stylists will wait up to 30 minutes. After that time Style House Cleaning must cancel/reschedule the service, and the Customer must pay any cancellation fees.
CANCELLATIONS
Any appointment cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be charged a cancellation fee of $35.00. In order to avoid a cancellation fee for a Monday appointment, cancellations must be received on Saturday no later than 5:00 PM. as we are closed on Sundays; also a $35.00 fee will be assessed if the Stylists arrive and are unable to access the premises. This fee is in place to cover expenses they incur for lost travel time and fuel.
LOSS OR DAMAGES
Style House Cleaning, LLC is not responsable for the loss or damage of any item inside or outside the services property. Customers are advised to lock/ hide all valuables before every cleaning service.
At the time of booking, the Customer is advised to report to our office any items the Stylists should avoid and/or are in repair, e.g., a broken window or sliding door, loose knobs/handles, etc. However, in case the Stylists notice anything broken, they will let our office know. If for any reason the Stylists break or cause any damage to the Customer's home, the Stylists will let the office know immediately and we will take care of the issue from the office. On the other hand, if the Customer notices any damage and the Stylists have not immediately reported it to our office, the Customer should contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning start time to file a claim.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Customer acknowledges and will be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, address, phone number and credit or debit card information, for the purpose of providing the Service. Style House Cleaning will protect personal information provided by the Customer from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction. Style House Cleaning, LLC is fully insured.
Style House Cleaning has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that it is his/her responsibility to review this privacy policy and become aware of modifications. By accessing this web site and submitting a booking request, the Customer signifies the acceptance of these terms. If the Customer does not agree to this policy, he/she is encouraged not to use this Site.
